We’d like to thank D1 Studios for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of their recent event, where they presented their capabilities in virtual production, actor scanning, LED wall technology, and their new studio facilities.

A Unique Production Environment

The event showcased a modern production ecosystem—from LED wall environments with real-time backgrounds to advanced actor scanning and VR workflows. It was a great example of how physical and digital production are increasingly merging into one seamless process.

Our Contribution: High-Speed Motion Control

As a partner, we presented our high-speed workflow using:

This setup enables extreme slow motion combined with precise, repeatable camera movement—a key advantage for commercial and experimental production.

A major highlight is that the Bolt system can transfer recorded motion paths directly into virtual production environments. When connected to an LED wall setup, the background dynamically adapts to the camera movement in real time, creating a fully synchronized and immersive shooting experience and opening a completely new dimension of filmmaking.

More Than a One-Time Collaboration

This wasn’t just a one-time event. We’ve already started working together on upcoming projects, exploring the connection between high-speed cinematography and virtual production.

At Timebreak, we believe the future lies in combining precision technology, creativity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. We’re excited about what’s ahead.
